The New York room has a large double bed (160cm). The ambience is more unfolded, aliminium, mirror, painting by Manhatan. But open the shutters, and discover the bay of the angels from your bed.
The Bali room is equipped with 2 single beds that can be configured as a double bed (160cm). The atmosphere is more Zen with taupe colors and pale green. Ideal for 2 children.
In case of large family, the capacity of the apartment can be extended to 8 people using the sofa bed of the living room. Do not be afraid for your back as this is a real 140 cm bed with a comfortable mattress.
A special effort was put on the bedding, the comfort of the mattresses, the sheets of white cotton of the first quality. Each bed is equipped with 4 comfortable and regularly changed cushions. Each room has air conditioning.

The condominium has a parking closed by a motorized portal. 2 parking spaces and 2 remotes will be allocated to you.
Bus access are easy. The line 84 "La baie des ants" stops right in front of the condominium and serves in one direction, Nice-Riquier station and in the other, the beaches of Beaulieu and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Many other bus and coach lines are also available at the Col de Villefranche and allow easy access to Nice, Eze, Monaco, ...
